MANILA, Philippines — Sr. Zenaida Cruz Cabrera of the Sisters of Holy Eucharist, known for pushing for restorative justice for persons deprived of liberty (PDLs), died on Tuesday at the age of 74, the Radio Veritas announced. According to Radio Veritas, the congregation said that the nun died at 5:10 a.m. at Commonwealth Hospital days after being confined in the hospital. She was brought to the hospital on Saturday after suffering from a heart attack and went comatose for days.
